IIS or Internet Info Services on Azure, comes with newest versions of Windows Server OS versions and currently it is IIS10 from WS 2016, 2019 and Windows Server 2022. If you are using Windows Server Versions 2008 R2, or WS 2012, it would look a little bit new to you.
